Founder
Clinical credibility plus federal EHR implementation experience.
AnchorGrey LLC is built around Andrew Overbey as a named clinical EHR testing SME for subcontract, C2C, 1099, and staff-augmentation support.
Andrew Overbey is an RN and dual-certified family and emergency nurse practitioner with clinical, informatics, healthcare quality, and federal EHR implementation experience. His background includes Oracle Health/Cerner federal EHR modernization support, clinical workflow validation, functional and interface testing coordination, regression testing, defect triage, implementation readiness, and testing quality leadership.
He holds an MSN from Duke University, an MBA from Radford University, and is pursuing a PhD at Virginia Commonwealth University with a healthcare quality focus. He also maintains active clinical practice in emergency and urgent care settings, giving AnchorGrey a practical understanding of how EHR workflows affect real clinical teams.
Founder experience includes work where clinical judgment mattered during test script review, functional testing, interface testing coordination, defect triage, regression testing, implementation readiness, and go-live stabilization. AnchorGrey uses that experience to support existing delivery teams without claiming prime-contractor status, protected client affiliation, or access to confidential program materials.
